Plywood & Block Board Frames

Blockboards are generally used to make doors, shelves, Tables, Panelling, and Partition walls. It is always important to note, that the core runs lengthways in order to achieve the maximum strength. They are the most preferred choice when long pieces of wood are required for furniture, which makes it stiffer and does not bend or sag in any case.
The wooden strips which are used for core should be cut from the seasoned timber to a moisture content not exceed 12 percent. The width of each wooden strip should not exceed 30 mm. There should not be any gap between the wooden strips. These wooden strips can also be of small lengths placed end to end where the end joints shall be staggered. However, the edge strip should be 45 mm wide and it should be full along the length.
